I watched TV yesterday night.TV program is diet of Taiwanese woman.
The woman lost weight from 100kg to 50kg.
It is like an another person!
How to diet is acupuncture(hari),eating Taiwanese dessert and fruit.
Eating fruit is a mandarin orange(mikan)!
A typical fruit of winter in Japan is a mandarin orange.
Do it become thin in the mandarin orange?
It seems to eat the mandarin orange instead of meal.
Maybe,I can not it.
I'm very hungry,so I annoy.
